OUR STORY
Our story is one of success “à la française”. In September 1991, Laëtitia and Jérôme Thiriez came up with an ambitious plan: to create a mattress manufacturing company in the north of France, with the firm intention of sharing this project with as many collaborators as possible. Since its inception in Roubaix, our company has grown and flourished, while staying true to its core values, founded on the principle of always putting people first. The family adventure continues under the direction of their son Geoffrey Thiriez who took over the reins in 2015. Today the Company boasts 100 employees and is recognized as a major player in the sector of mattresses and related products.

Our approach is built on the concept of a virtuous circle, from the production of our mattresses to their recycling. Certified ISO 14 001, and a partner with Eco-mobilier, we have reduced our carbon footprint thanks to an innovative facility that centralizes our entire production and gives a new life to 97% of our materials.
A French and local company.
100% of our production takes place in Wattrelos, in the north of France and 80% of the materials we use are locally sourced.
Our commitment policy
Thiriez is committed to a continuous improvement approach based on the following principles/pillars:
- Minimize the number of customer After-Sales-Service calls to 50 ASS calls a month.
- Monitor our products at every stage of the manufacturing process and take the necessary steps to limit risks.
- Continuously improve the quality of our products and services in accordance with industry standards of practice.
- Increase our productivity through digital transformation (by simplifying access to information and data flow within different services).
- Comply with industry standards and specifications.
- Achieve the goal of zero accidents with absence from work per year.
- Perform one safety audit per month to evaluate on-site practices.
- Raise awareness and provide training to our staff on the prevention of Health and Safety Risks.
Deploy a Code of Conduct for our internal and external employees based on the following criteria:
